Grading and Progression

• Grading: The qualification is assessed using a Pass, Merit, and Distinction system.

• Progression: Successful candidates may progress to a bachelor’s degree through a range of university partners. More information is available at www.athe.co.uk/progression.

Admission Requirements

This qualification is designed for learners aged 18 and above. For recent education or training participants, the entry profile typically includes one of the following:

• A GCE Advanced Level profile with achievements in two or more subjects, supported by five or more GCSEs at grade 4 or above.

• A Level 3 qualification in law or legal studies, such as the ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Law.

• An Access to Higher Education Certificate delivered by an approved further education institute and validated by an Access Validating Agency.

• Equivalent international qualifications.

For learners whose first language is not English, we recommend meeting one of the following English language proficiency standards (or an approved equivalent):

• IELTS: 5.5

• Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR): B2

• Cambridge English Advanced (CAE): 162 or above

• Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: 42–49

Admission Procedure

In Person:

Visit our centre to complete the admission form. We will issue an initial deposit voucher. Upon payment of the initial fee (covering admission, registration, and the first instalment), you will be enrolled and able to commence classes.

Online:

Submit scanned copies of the following documents:

1. CNIC/B-Form

2. Your most recent qualification certificate

3. A passport-sized photograph
